Coconut Oil Derivatives
Didn’t mention which coconut oil derivative but they are commonly used as surfactant in soap and detergent. Has very mild effect on skin.
Vegetable Protein Extract
Non-toxic chemical, undetectable in tissue or waste after ingested.
Lavender Orange Essential Oil
Fragrance Value and smoothing to our senses.
Basically salt, primary function as an inert filler.
Increase the effectiveness of surfactants(refer to above), highly soluble and bio-degradable.
Alkyl Alcohol c10-c16
Surfactants, biodegradable, not genotoxic, mutagenic, or carcinogenic
[I don’t normally do cleaning though] My mum said it smells good and cleans well. Got this product as I want no chemicals going into my dog’s body, orally or otherwise. Many chemicals in detergent are residing on the floor, and is also one of the concerns when dogs start getting skin issues since all these chemical are skin irritant. Used to use dettol and realized that phenol is not metabolize by many animals, especially cats and could cause poisoning after prolonged oral intake ( Through licking ). Hence i would recommend go natural or, in this case, go for an enzyme based cleaning agent. Refer to the sources below on how enzyme based detergent works 😉
